Batts Media Group was thrilled to participate in the highly anticipated Youth Explosion 2024, held at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in San Antonio, Texas! Under the inspiring leadership of Pastor, Reverend Dr. Jerry W. Dailey, the youth department delivered a powerful program that was more exciting than ever. This year’s theme, “Battle Tested: We Are More Than Conquerors,” drawn from Romans 8:37, set the stage for a dynamic celebration of the resilience and faith of our young warriors in Christ. Youth from all over San Antonio came together to share their stories, showcase their talents, and demonstrate their unwavering spirit and strength.

The event was packed with dynamic worship sessions, inspiring messages, and unforgettable fellowship. It was a day dedicated to honoring the fortitude and faith of our youth, highlighting their journeys, and celebrating their victories in Christ. As always, Batts Media Group was committed to capturing every moment of this inspiring event, bringing the highlights and key moments to our audience. We invited everyone to join us in this celebration. Many subscribed to our channel, hit the notification bell, and stayed tuned for all the highlights and moments from Youth Explosion 2024. Those who watched were blessed as they witnessed the future leaders of our faith in action. Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Memorial Day Tribute | San Antonio, Texas

Honoring Our Heroes This Memorial Day Weekend, Batts Media Group had the distinct honor of capturing the heartfelt moments as the San Antonio Texas and New Braunfels Alumni Chapters of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity gathered to pay tribute to our nation’s veterans. The event, held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, was a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made by the brave men and women who had selflessly served our country. Under the leadership of the Military & Veterans Affairs Commission (MVAC), the fraternity demonstrated their unwavering dedication to honoring these heroes.

The members of the San Antonio and New Braunfels Alumni Chapters stood together in solidarity, their presence a testament to their commitment to remembering those who had given so much for our freedom. In accordance with the National Moment of Remembrance Act, passed by Congress in 2000, the fraternity members planned an observed moment of silence scheduled for 3 PM local time on Memorial Day. This powerful act of unity allowed everyone present to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day, offering a solemn tribute to the fallen.

Through our lenses, Batts Media Group was able to capture the depth of emotion and reverence that permeated the event. The images told a story of respect, honor, and gratitude—qualities that the members of Kappa Alpha Psi embodied in their ongoing efforts to support and remember our veterans. The photographs will serve as a lasting reminder of the courage and dedication of our service members. Each frame is a tribute to their legacy and an acknowledgment of the profound impact they had on our lives. Batts Media Group Shines at Kappa Alpha Psi’s St. Jude Sunday of Hope

The spirit of community service and philanthropy was alive and vibrant as the Batts Media Group took part in a significant event hosted by the San Antonio (TX) Alumni Chapter (SAAC) of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity Inc. This collaboration with Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in San Antonio, Texas, was not just an event; it was a testament to the deep-seated values of giving, support, and hope that define these organizations.

Under the steadfast leadership of SAAC Polemarch, Bro. Richard “Flip” Wilson, the chapter saw over 50 of its members come together for one of the fraternity’s largest giving initiatives in the region, all in support of the St. Jude Foundation. This year’s St. Jude Sunday of Hope was not just about donations; it was a powerful demonstration of what it means to be a part of a community that cares deeply about the welfare of others, especially the most vulnerable among us.

The event took a special turn with Pastor Jerry William Dailey of the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, and a proud member of the SAAC, putting a spotlight on the importance of dedicating time and energy to causes that make a difference. His leadership and emphasis on philanthropy were pivotal in rallying the community and fraternity members to support this noble cause.

Adding to the day’s inspiration, Dr. Howard Johnson, also a member of the SAAC, delivered a stirring message to the congregation gathered at 111 Hobart Street. His words resonated with the packed church, reinforcing the theme of hope and the critical role of community service in enacting positive change.

The climax of the event was a heartfelt celebration in honor of Pastor Jerry William Dailey. This celebration wasn’t just about marking 50 years of service and membership in Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity Inc.; it was a tribute to a life devoted to service, leadership, and the upliftment of others. Batts Media Group is thrilled to spotlight an event that embodied tradition, elegance, and brotherhood – The 92nd Annual Black and White Ball hosted by the San Antonio Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Kappa Alpha Psi, a fraternity that has been a pillar of community, education, and achievement since 1911, hosted their annual Black and White Ball. The event stood as a testimony to the fraternity’s unwavering commitment to uplifting their members and contributing positively to the society around them.

The Black and White Ball was no ordinary affair. It was a celebration that blended style with substance, serving as a platform for recognizing outstanding contributions within the fraternity and the local community. The event was an exceptional blend of elegance, featuring a sophisticated black and white theme, underlined with the bond of brotherhood that Kappa Alpha Psi proudly promotes.
Marking its 92nd iteration, the Ball was an exquisite evening of fellowship, music, and inspiration. The highlight of the evening was the special guest performance by the renowned Right Now Society (RNS) Band. Their soulful melodies and high-energy performances added an unforgettable rhythm to the evening, elevating the celebratory spirit.

Attendees experienced a lively atmosphere brimming with energy, camaraderie, a shared vision for progress, and the unforgettable sound of RNS Band that reverberated in everyone’s hearts. We joined in applauding the San Antonio Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. as they continued to inspire and drive meaningful change, one event at a time.
