His insights resonated as he emphasized the critical importance of emergency response, CPR, and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). Dr. Batts introduced his signature program, “Everyone Can Assist” (E.C.A.), which empowers individuals with the knowledge and skills to make a life-saving difference in times of need.
